The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and it definitely contributed to a comfortable atmosphere during my stay.

The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and displayed a lack of professionalism, which made communication frustrating.

friendly service

Family with children find a decent stay

The location was convenient easy access to nearby gardens and stores. The service was great too, they gave us a bottle of water and even lent us umbrellas when it rained.

It wasn’t exactly cheap for what we got but still acceptable.

If you're all about a culinary adventure, the fresh unlimited pancakes at near-by eateries are a must—such a treat! Plus, the location is a quiet escape tucked away from the buzzing Shinjuku madness, and you have local gems like QQ Tapioca and Shinjuku Robatayaki Uozen just a hop away to spice up your meals.

On arrival, the vibe was off. staff looked worn out and not their usual cheery selves. The rooms were supposed to fit three but felt cramped—one bed barely a double, and the mattress as thin as cardboard! The lack of window ventilation made it feel claustrophobic, too.
