The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and it definitely contributed to a comfortable atmosphere during my stay.
The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and displayed a lack of professionalism, which made communication frustrating.

Family with children find a decent stay
The location was convenient easy access to nearby gardens and stores. The service was great too, they gave us a bottle of water and even lent us umbrellas when it rained.
It wasn’t exactly cheap for what we got but still acceptable.

The room arrangements lack coherence with separate buildings!!! Communication issues at the front desk lead to frustration!!! Poor ventilation in rooms creates discomfort!!! The absence of proper guest policies is awkward!!!

If you're all about a culinary adventure, the fresh unlimited pancakes at near-by eateries are a must—such a treat! Plus, the location is a quiet escape tucked away from the buzzing Shinjuku madness, and you have local gems like QQ Tapioca and Shinjuku Robatayaki Uozen just a hop away to spice up your meals.
On arrival, the vibe was off. staff looked worn out and not their usual cheery selves. The rooms were supposed to fit three but felt cramped—one bed barely a double, and the mattress as thin as cardboard! The lack of window ventilation made it feel claustrophobic, too.

Had a lovely time! The room was super clean, and I loved the separate areas for the bathroom—it really kept things tidy. The only minor hiccup was the lack of an accessible ramp for luggage, but it didn't really dampen my experience. 👍 Pro tip, make sure to enjoy the fantastic on-site hot spring after a long day exploring!

The location is excellent, with multiple subway stations and convenience stores nearby, making travel easy. Staff provided friendly service, with complimentary water and even umbrellas during our stay. However, the room layout felt cramped, and the temperature control could have been better, especially during winter chills. Additionally, guests should be aware of the strict checkout policy at 10 a.m., which caught us off guard.
